Baskets with a total value (before vouchers and promotional codes are applied) of £50.00 and over will qualify for FREE UK delivery. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service

Returns are super simple and free with Collect+ fill out the page on the link below in CollectPlus, you will be sent a label to print off and stick to your box and drop off at a CollectPlus store. Please include a note with your package containing: your order number, email address and reason or return.

What items cannot be Returned : Books and Cut Lengths of Rope

A Note on Climbing Safety Equipment

You can return Climbing Safety Equipment to us (unlike some of our competitors), however we are very strict on condition. Everything must be as it was received, with all labels, tags and packaging still on the product. Ropes must not be unpacked or uncoiled. If we feel that the product has been used or is not as supplied we will refuse the cancellation on safety grounds.
