UK Shipping We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure delivery of all orders within the quickest possible timeframe. Our fulfilment team pack all orders in-house to our specified delivery services listed below;

• UK Standard Delivery - AVAILABLE FOR: England, Scotland & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) ONLY
• This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. TRACKING: We have full tracking with the Royal Mail 48 service.
• UK Standard Delivery  - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. Baskets with a total value (before vouchers and promotional codes are applied) of £50.00 and over will qualify for FREE UK delivery. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
• UK FREE Delivery - Baskets with a total value of below £50.00 will incur a delivery charge FREE Delivery to all of the UK on almost every product, as long as your total basket value is greater than £50.00 after discount \ vouchers \ gift cards are applied. (delivery charges are applied to baskets with a total value of less than £50.00). - All FREE Delivery order will be sent via (UK) STANDARD SHIPPING (Royal Mail 48)

• Fast Delivery - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service, ordered goods will usually arrive within (1 - 2 working days) Monday - Sunday
• Royal Mail Tracked 24® provides a UK-wide next-day* delivery service with online tracking included, so you can keep tabs on your parcel’s progress. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
• Our courier partners will attempt to deliver fast delivery orders the day after the order was placed, as long as the order was made within the relevant cut off time for fast delivery.  99% of next day orders are delivered on time, although in rare circumstances it can take up to 2 days.
• Cut-Off - Fast Delivery - Monday - Friday: Cut-Off - 14:00
• Available to the following locations: United Kingdom (England, Scotland inc , Wales, Northern Ireland and British Forces inc Scottish Highlands and Islands ), Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey.

FREE UK RETURNS

Returns are super simple and free with Collect+ fill out the page on the link below in CollectPlus, you will be sent a label to print off and stick to your box and drop off at a CollectPlus store. Please include a note with your package containing: your order number, email address and reason or return.

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What items cannot be Returned : Books and Cut Lengths of Rope

A Note on Climbing Safety Equipment

You can return Climbing Safety Equipment to us (unlike some of our competitors), however we are very strict on condition. Everything must be as it was received, with all labels, tags and packaging still on the product. Ropes must not be unpacked or uncoiled. If we feel that the product has been used or is not as supplied we will refuse the cancellation on safety grounds.
