The Lattice Lifting Pin
The Lattice Lifting Pin is the perfect companion to our Quad Block or any other grip strength "lifting" device and also replaces that annoying sling + weights set up many of us have used in the past!
The product has been designed for climbers, by Lattice and features a climbing carabiner-friendly mounting hole. Usefully, it also sports a Lattice branded cork base for protecting your floors and dampening noise for those late-night lifting sessions.
Pin Grip
Turn your Lattice Lifting Pin into a wrist trainer with the Pin Grip. Simply add your weights to a 1 inch lifting pin and secure them in place with the Pin Grip. Combine with our Fractional Weight Plates for a leveraged load on an ergonomic bar. This is perfect for progressive wrist rotation and deviation training/rehab.
Fractional Weight Plates
Unlock more precise testing and break plateaus with a set of Lattice Fractional weight plates. By using smaller weight increments you can progressively increase load every session, particularly useful when working at lower weights when training with our lifting devices.
