• This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. TRACKING: We have full tracking with the Royal Mail 48 service.
• UK Standard Delivery  - This means that your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Ordered goods will usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days for most of the UK mainland. Baskets with a total value (before vouchers and promotional codes are applied) of £50.00 and over will qualify for FREE UK delivery. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
• UK FREE Delivery - Baskets with a total value of below £50.00 will incur a delivery charge FREE Delivery to all of the UK on almost every product, as long as your total basket value is greater than £50.00 after discount \ vouchers \ gift cards are applied. • Royal Mail Tracked 24® provides a UK-wide next-day* delivery service with online tracking included, so you can keep tabs on your parcel’s progress. TRACKING: Full Royal Mail tracking will be provided with the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
• Our courier partners will attempt to deliver fast delivery orders the day after the order was placed, as long as the order was made within the relevant cut off time for fast delivery.  99% of next day orders are delivered on time, although in rare circumstances it can take up to 2 days.
• Cut-Off - Fast Delivery - Monday - Friday: Cut-Off - 14:00

A Note on Climbing Safety Equipment

You can return Climbing Safety Equipment to us (unlike some of our competitors), however we are very strict on condition. Everything must be as it was received, with all labels, tags and packaging still on the product. Ropes must not be unpacked or uncoiled. If we feel that the product has been used or is not as supplied we will refuse the cancellation on safety grounds.
