Dark Ventures is a must visit climbing store, the people are the loveliest and they are always so welcoming and patient, always highly recommend them to anyone I know.

I was advised by a local climbing shop to get in touch with Dark Ventures, having had a problem with an online retailer regarding an issue with an Unparallel climbing shoe, so I sent them an email, outlining the issue, a couple of emails later and even though the initial purchase had not been with them, the issue was resolved and they were kind enough to send me a replacement pair of shoes. I can’t recommend them enough, an absolute pleasure to deal with, incredibly helpful and understanding, top marks from me ☺️👍

I was initially sceptical as their prices are low compared to other sellers for the same product. The fact that I have just placed my third order with Darkventures says it all I think! I am in no way sponsored by them, and good service should be recognised.

Customer service is much better than some of the bigger sites you'd get climbing gear from - quick to respond to emails and get stuff shipped, overall highly recommended!
